掃除と片付けを終えて、70分間ランニング。
美瑛町内を散歩されている方を多く見かけました。

これは、農家さんが融雪剤を撒いた農地の写真です。
雪をとかして、農作業の準備を進めます。
スノーモービルで撒くので、きれいな渦になります。
農家さんの仕事の時期がやってきます。

くつろぎの宿 結び家です。
昨日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。
美瑛町内を30分間朝ランニング。気温は、-10℃でした。

It was sunny morning in town yesterday.
I run 30minutes in Biei town. And it was mius 10 degrees.
結び家の建物の前には、1本の白樺の木があります。
枝が長く、ちょっと切りたいなと前々から思っていました。
脚立に上り、大きな枝を切り落とします。
その後は、細かくカット。3本くらい、大きな枝を切りました。

There is a birch in front of Musubiya building.
It has long branches, so I thought that I wanted to cut them.
So, I tried to cut big them with stepladders.
After, I slice them thinly. I have cut 3 big branches.
昼休みには、インターバルトレーニング。
久しぶりにスピードを出して走りました。疲れました（笑）
COVID-19の影響で多くのレースが中止になっています。
とりあえず、トレーニングを続けています。

So, I tried to continue training.
昨日は、千葉からのお客様が結び家に宿泊。
以前からお世話になっている女性のお客様。

We could see beautiful seane from hills area.
結び家の裏にお住いのおじいさんからお箸を頂きました。
”オンコの木"から作られた箸と菜箸です。
早速、使わせて頂きました。感謝です。

Chopsticks are made from "Onko tree".
So, we used it soon. Thank you very much.
夕方は、旭川市で100分間ジョギング。
ランニング仲間と汗を流しました。

It is good training for me.

昨日は、雪の朝を迎えた美瑛町。
次第に雪が強くなってきました。

雪が降ったり止んだりの美瑛町。
また、嵐のように強い風。次第に吹雪になりました。
まさに春の嵐・・・。東京では、桜の開花がまもなくのようですが・・・
北海道は吹雪いていました。

昨日は、雨の朝を迎えた美瑛町。
雪が降る前に11.11kmランニング。
地元のいわきを想い・・・。

It was rainy morning in town yesterday.
I run 11.11 kirometers.
And I imagged my home town Iwaki.
東日本大震災の発生から9年。あっという間の9年です。
我々夫婦は、東京の職場で経験しました。
実家のいわきに連絡が着いたのは、3月12日でした。
大好きな故郷を襲った震災。
心に留めて、今を頑張って生きることが使命だと思っています。
「がんばっぺ、東北。がんばっぺ、いわき。」
美瑛町の青空を見ながら、そう思っていました。

9 years after great east Japan earthquake. I have felt that it is early for me to pass time.
I and wife experienced earthquake in Tokyo. We had worked Akasaka.
So, I could contact my family in Iwaki on March 12th. They were safety.
I love my home town......suddenly, great earthquake happened my home town.
I decided that I try to hard everyday.....
「Let's try to hard Tohoku area, let's try to hard Iwaki」
I thought during see blue sky in Biei.
午後からは、雪が降ってきました。
天気が一変・・・。
あっという間に冬景色に戻りました。
