昨日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

しかし、気温は-20℃くらい（笑）。

それでも30分間朝ランニング。

How are you？ 

It was sunny morning in town yesterday.

But it was minus 20 degrees last morning.

And I run 30 minutes and 6 kirometers.

On Jan 9th, I run 30 minutes and 7 kirometers.
