美瑛　くつろぎの宿　結び家です。

本日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

今朝は、1.1℃。寒い朝となりました。

20分間朝ランニング。

Today was sunny morning in Biei. 

But the lowest temperature was only 1.1 degrees.

 I run 20 minutes.

今日は、9時～15時までプールの仕事でした。

最近は朝が寒いので、空いた時間を見つけて昼に走るようにしています。

仕事の後に、8kmランニング。

I worked public pool from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The morning time is cold, so I run after morning my free time.

So, after work I run 8 kirometers.
