今日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

朝は、4.3℃。

8km朝ランニングしました。

The temperature was 4.3 degrees.

 I run 8 kirometers in the morning.

買い物の後の昼休み、紅葉ランを楽しみました。

ハーフマラソンをしながら、紅葉の写真を撮りました(^^)
