今日は、くもりの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

次第に明るくなってきました。

It was cloudy morning in town .

Gradually, it changed sunny.

今朝は、男性のお客様が結び家を出発！

旭川までお気を付けて＆頑張ってください。

今日は、上富良野町に住んでいた際にお世話になったご夫婦とランニング仲間に

素敵な贈り物を頂きました。ありがとうございます。

ランニング仲間と美瑛の丘のエリアを走りました。

このコースは、ヘルシーマラソンの10kmのコース。

アップダウンが楽しかったです♬　また、走りたいなぁ。

I run hills area in Biei with running friends.

This is race course in healthy marathon on June.

There are many uphill and down hill, so we enjoyed to run this course.

I wish I want to run here again！
