おはようございます。

くつろぎの宿　結び家です。

昨日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

10km朝ランニングしました。

Good afternoon. How are you？

This is Musubiya in Biei.

It was sunny morning yesterday.

I run 10 kirometers.

昨日は、プールで15時までアルバイトでした。

バイトの後は、丸山公園でちょっと走りました。

ここは、土のトラックがあります。

1周400m。いい練習が出来そうです(^^)

I worked public pool until 3.p.m.

After work, I run in Maruyama park.

There is crop track field.

One lap is 400 meters. It is good place for me.

夕方からは、天気が良くなりました。

最近は、綺麗な夕焼けが見れます(^^)

From before evening, it was good weather condition.

We can see beautiful sunset.

現在、COVID-19で日本は大変な状況です。

「自粛する」「外出しない」など我慢の時期です。

自分のしたい事を我慢する事は、大変な事です。

けれど、それは自分一人だけではありません。

同じ日本の皆さんが毎日戦っています。

その事を頭に入れて、1日1日頑張っていきたいです。

なので、このブログも1日1日頑張っていきますので、よろしくお願いします(^^)

Japan is very difficult time by COVID-19.

"Self restrain" "Don't go out"  We have to put up with our hope.

It is very hard for our mind.

But we are not only one.

Japanese people and friends fight everyday.

So, I can't remember it and I want to try to hard everyday.

So, I try to write this blog. Let's try to hard together.

これから朝ランニングに行って、お弁当を作って、バイトです。
