くつろぎの宿 結び家です。
晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。しかも暖かい。
今朝は30分間朝ランニング。およそ7.4km走りました。

How are you？
It was sunny in town this morning, and it was warm.
I run 30 minutes and 7.4 kirometers.
今日も富良野の仕事は休みなので、
朝からDIYに励みました。
カラーボックスを3個組み立て・・・、エアコンのリモコンの取り付けなど。
なんだかんだで充実しています。

I didn't have work in Furano. So, I tried to make some tools.
I made 3 color boxes and setted air control machine lemote controler in room.
We are busy everyday.
今日は、友人のランナーからポスターを頂きました。
年末の全国高校駅伝のポスターです。
旭川龍谷高校を応援します。知り合いの娘さんが陸上部に所属しており
昨年は一緒に練習をしていました。ぜひ、頑張ってほしいです。

I gave poster from running friend.
It is Ekiden race in all Japan.
We support Asahikawa ryukoku high school. Friend's daughter joins track and field club.
And I have run with her last year. We wish they try to hard.
