昨日は、くもりの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

5時台の気温14.2℃。

10km朝ランニング。月間　308.0km（6月）。

This is Musubiya in Biei.

Today was cloudy morning in Biei.

The temperature was 14. degrees at 5 a.m.

I run 10 kirometers. I have run total 308.0 kirometers on June.

掃除と消毒を行い、7月のトレイルラン講座の打ち合わせへ。

ランニング仲間に手伝ってもらい、白金エリアの山を走る為の講座を企画。

町民の皆様にぜひお越し頂きたいです(^^)

After, I had meeting with running friend.

We are planning trail runnning in Shirogane area mountains.

I wish town people join and try this plan.
