昨日は、くもりの朝を迎えた美瑛町。
45分間朝ランニング。

I run 45 minutes.
昨日は、午後から雨でした。
気温が高いので、駐車場の氷を割りました。
昨年よりも1週間早い氷割り。
路面が見えてきました。

And warm day, so I have hit ice block in car parking area.
It was earlier than last year. So, I could see road points.
今日から3日間、札幌からのお客様が宿泊。

昨日は、朝から健康診断に行きました。
私、注射が苦手なんです（笑）

I and wife went to hospital for medical examination from morning.
We had check up in Higashikagura town. There is next to Biei town.
I am not good at injection. www.
その後は、旭川へ買い物と散髪に行って来ました。
久しぶりの外出を楽しみました。
夕方には、きれいな夕焼けが見られました。
今日も暖かいみたいですが、久しぶりに雨が降る予報です。

After hospital, we went to Asahikawa for shopping and hair cut.
We enjoyed going out.
We could see good sunset before evening.

昨日は、くもりの朝を迎えた美瑛町。
7km朝ランニング。富良野線に会えました。

It was cloudy morning in town yesterday.
I run 7 kirometers. And I could see Furano line train.
昨日は、自分で企画をした「ランニング日帰り合宿」を開催しました。
COVID-19を心配しましたが、皆さんの了承を得て日帰りで開催。
旭川エリアの仲間が6名集まってくれました。
午前中は、皆さんを迎える準備です。

I have held day running camp in Biei. And I planned this event.
I was afraid about COVID-19. But friends accept some conditions.
6 frinnds have come Musubiya yesterday.
Before afternoon, I and wife prepared sweets and dinner.
14時からランニング開始。美瑛町のアップダウンを楽しみました。
14km楽しんで走りました♪

We started run from 2. p.m. And we enjoyed run in uphill and downhill in Biei.
We have run 14 kirometers.
走った後は、にんじんケーキでお茶休憩。
2名の仲間と銭湯へ行き、夕食。しっかりとごはんを食べました。

After runnning, we had tea time and carrot cake.
And I went to public bath with 2 friends. After we had dinner.
結び家では、少人数での合宿も承っています。
COVID-19が落ち着いたら、ぜひ宿泊合宿の開催をしたいと思います。
今日は、晴れ予報の美瑛町。

十勝岳連峰が綺麗に見渡せました。
雪景色が見れるのも今月いっぱいでしょうか・・・。

I could see beautiful Tokachidake mountains.
We may be able to see snow view until this month.
昨日は、天気が良いので「新栄の丘」コースをランニング。
12km走ってきました。

And I run 12 kirometers.
その後は、また「スイノカゴ」さんへ（笑）
久しぶりにソフトクリームを頂きました。
走った後には、本当に最高です♫

昨日は、くもりの朝を迎えた美瑛町。
風が強く、パッチワークエリアには吹き溜まりが・・・。
風が強いと軽い雪が溜まってしまうので、運転には注意が必要です。

Very strong wind, so there were snowdrift somewhere.
Light snow fly some area, so we have to be careful drive a car.
ちょっと風が弱まった昼間に45分間ランニング。
およそ10.4km走りました。

In daytime, there were a few wind.
ランニングの後は、妻と散歩に出掛けました。

昨日より、テイクアウトでサンドウィッチやコーヒー、ソフトクリームを販売再開。

昨日は、サンドウィッチを購入。めちゃ、美味しかったです～♪

After running, I went to station are in Biei with wife.
Do you remember "Suinokago"？ I wrote there in this blog on January 27th.
She opens cafe only to go again. There are some coffees and sandwiches and softcream.
We want to support them. Because we are same friend who work in Biei.
We bought sandwice yesterday. It was very delicious.

It was very strong wind, so we worried airplane information.
He could go home from Hokkaido. It was good.
昨日は、風が強くなる前に9kmランニング。
主要道路は、ほとんど乾燥しています。
歩道は、まだ凍っている所がほとんどです。

Main car roads are dry almost.
And walking roads are freeze almost.
午後は、吹雪いていたので大人しくしていました。
結び家には、時々・・・鳥たちが遊びに来ていました。
「この鳥の名前は何だろう？」
鳥を見ながら、妻と話していました。

昨日は、新栄の丘エリアへ坂道ランニング。
新しいコースは、楽しいです。1時間走ってきました。

It is good for me to run new root.
昨日は、夜の青い池を見に白金エリアへ行って来ました。
先日のブログでは、白い池でしたが・・・今日は青い池。（笑）

昨日は、京都からのお客様が結び家に宿泊。
サロマ湖ウルトラマラソンを走ったり、北海道マラソンを走ったりと
上富良野にいた時からお世話になっている方です。
元気ですごくアクティブ！ 楽しい夜でした。

He have come for Saroma lake ultra 100 kirometers marathon race and
Hokkaido marathon every year. We are friends each other when I live in Kamifurano.
He is very fine and active man. So, we had good time last night.
