くつろぎの宿　結び家です。

今日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

あまりにも寒いので、朝練はなし。（笑）

It was sunny morning in town .

This morning was too cold, so I can't run.

今朝は、この冬1番の冷え込みでした。

美瑛町の最低気温は、-29.8℃。（笑）

ちょっとレベルが違いました。

昼前からプールのバイトでした。

バイトの後は、1時間トレーニング。14km走りました。
