おはようございます。

くつろぎの宿　結び家です。

昨日は、晴れの朝を迎えた美瑛町。

美瑛町内を30分間朝ランニング。気温は、-10℃でした。

This is Musubiya in Biei.

How are you？ 

It was sunny morning in town yesterday. 

I run 30minutes in Biei town. And it was mius 10 degrees.

結び家の建物の前には、1本の白樺の木があります。

枝が長く、ちょっと切りたいなと前々から思っていました。

脚立に上り、大きな枝を切り落とします。

その後は、細かくカット。3本くらい、大きな枝を切りました。

There is a birch in front of Musubiya building.

It has long branches, so I thought that I wanted to cut them.

So, I tried to cut big them with stepladders.

After, I slice them thinly.  I have cut 3 big branches.

昼休みには、インターバルトレーニング。

久しぶりにスピードを出して走りました。疲れました（笑）

COVID-19の影響で多くのレースが中止になっています。

とりあえず、トレーニングを続けています。

After work, I tried to do interval treaning.

A run fast pace for a long time. Ao, I was tired.

Many marathon race canceld under the influence of COVID-19.

So, I tried to continue training.

昨日は、千葉からのお客様が結び家に宿泊。

以前からお世話になっている女性のお客様。

美瑛町の観光協会のお友達も一緒の夜ごはん♬

女性のトークのパワー・・・女子会になりました（笑）(^^)

The guest who come from Chiba stays Musubiya today.

We have been friends each other before.

Friend who is Biei trip office had dinner together.

It is powerful for me to talk women...It is powerful dinner time♪

今朝は、雪の朝を迎えた美瑛町。
